Meet the Staff

Director, Property Management
Jeanne Baker
Ms. Baker has more than 30 years of experience as a licensed realtor, including
15 years managing and marketing affordable senior communities. She is responsible for overseeing marketing and leasing for all the Alden Foundation developments and oversees property managers responsible for the Foundation’s affordable independent living communities. Ms. Baker also assists in identifying new sites for development.
Property Manager
Julie Carden
Julie Carden is the Property Manager of Alden Horizon Senior Living
Community. She is responsible for overseeing the administration and physical
operation of the property as well as coordinating day-to-day activities.
Julie also works closely with new residents and their family members to
ensure a smooth transition to the building upon move-in. Julie is committed
to providing the highest level of service to the residents and maintaining
strong, positive relationships. With over 30 years of experience in property
management, mostly in the field of senior living, Julie looks forward to
serving the residents of Alden Horizon.
Maintenance Engineer
David Haczynski
Mr. Haczynski came to Alden Horizon as Maintenance Enginer in October 2009.
He resides in the building and is available 24/7 for building issues and any
resident emergencies. Mr. Haczynski is responsible for addressing work order
requests in a timely manner, and oversees all maintenance and cleaning of
the building. He also assists with groundskeeping on the 38-acre Alden of
Waterford campus. Mr. Haczynski’s has prior experience with multi-unit
building maintenance.
